I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in need of a second roommate by January 1st. The house was built in the 40's, but has been renovated and is really nice for the area. There is a car, covered parking, tree swing, washer and dryer, side porch, back deck. The house is furnished except the empty room, which is a lot larger than mine. There is a built in closet.

I'm really easy to get along with. Although I do have a cat, so if you are alergic or just don't like animals, sorry. If I have a mess, usually its because of a test, so it'd be cleaned up by the next day, or its in my bedroom.

Utilities are about $75 each month (water, sewer, cable, internet, power, gas)
